Mr. Rosenthal is from Fort Worth , Texas and received his undergraduate degree from Williams College in 1973 and his legal education at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville where he was Managing Editor of the law review. He served as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge Nauman Scott (W.D. La) in 1987-1989. Mr. Rosenthal is licensed to practice in Texas , Oklahoma and Arkansas .
